Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables during the trip, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
Children under the age of 3 are free of charge.
Please note that infants must be sitting on laps.

Please note that national park fees are excluded from the tour price. Please prepare cash for this. This fee is a maintenance fee collected by the Thai government. No exceptional)

Any lateness from your side will be auto-canceled with a charge of 100%.
The driver could be late by 15–30 minutes due to traffic or any unwanted clauses.
Please note any sales or add-on programs. Either at the pier or on the island during the tour, we have no stake. All decisions are up to the customer.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancel your experience at least 24 hours before the start date.
If the weather is not safe for the boat to leave the pier, the tour will be canceled. You will then have the option to request a refund or reschedule the tour for another day.
If the tour does not have enough passengers booked, it will be canceled. In this case, you can request a refund or change the date of your tour.
