- We cannot guarantee the weather in advance. We will check with meteorological and marine department. If there is an announcement not to take the boat out to the sea because of the bad weather condition and boat company cannot not operate the trip, full refund will be issued. However, if it is just raining and do not have an announcement not to take the boat out, we will not issue any refund.

If the weather is not safe for the boat to leave the pier, the tour will be canceled. You will then have the option to request a refund or reschedule the tour for another day.
